Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to individual players to help them reach their full potential
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and productive team environment
Conduct games and tournaments, making decisions in real-time to ensure the best outcome for the team
Evaluate players' skills and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your coaching abilities

Previous coaching experience at the high school, college, or professional level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using sports analytics software
Advanced knowledge of baseball techniques and strategies
Ability to develop individualized training programs
Experience in talent scouting and recruitment
Knowledge of player conditioning and rehabilitation techniques
Capability to manage team budgets and resources
Certifications in first aid and CPR
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, physical education, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field
5+ years of experience coaching baseball at the high school or collegiate level
Strong communication and leadership skills
Proven track record of success in coaching and developing players
Familiarity with a variety of coaching techniques and strategies
Passion for baseball and a desire to help young athletes reach their full potential
