We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Vendor Management Analyst to oversee the Bank's third-party vendor program. This role serves as the central point of coordination for vendor onboarding, due diligence, contract management, risk assessments, and ongoing vendor performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, and offboarding
- Coordinate vendor risk assessments and documentation requirements
- Track contracts, renewals, service levels, and vendor performance
- Partner with internal teams to ensure compliance and risk management standards are met
- Maintain vendor records and reporting within vendor management systems
- Support audits, exams, and Board reporting
- Identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor management, risk, compliance, procurement, or project management preferred
- Strong organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Detailed oriented with a focus on compliance and process improvement
