Part-Time Associate Veterinarian | Michigan Road Animal Hospital of Crooked Creek | Indianapolis, IN

Founded in 1955, Michigan Road Animal Hospital of Crooked Creek is an AAHA-accredited companion animal practice with deep roots in our community and a reputation built on decades of exceptional care. We're looking for a part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our warm, collaborative team — with a target start date of April 2026.

The Role
This is a part-time replacement position with a target start date of May 2026. Primary case types will include annual wellness exams, sick visits, and dermatology. NO surgery required!

Schedule:
2 half-days per week OR 1 full weekday plus every 3rd Saturday
Saturday availability is a firm requirement of this role

Responsibilities
Build rapport with clients by listening to and empathizing with their concerns
Perform thorough physical exams and diagnostic treatments
Communicate clearly with clients on diagnoses, treatment plans, preventive care, and nutrition
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical and surgical records
Stay current on developments in veterinary medicine
Represent the hospital positively in the community and professional setting

Qualifications
DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited university
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in good standing in Indiana
