Experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative
Lake Lavon Animal Hospital | Full-Time Weekdays Only

Lake Lavon Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our friendly, fast-paced team. We’re looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and excels in client service.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday (No weekends)
7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Thursdays until 6:30 PM)
Closed daily for lunch (12:15 PM – 1:15 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and manage front desk operations

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments

  • Process payments and maintain records

  • Communicate effectively with clients and medical team

Requirements:

  • Veterinary clinic experience required

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills

  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Pay & Benefits:

  • $16 - 18/hr (based on experience)
