Partnering with many of the world’s largest private banks and wealth management firms as well as family offices, Blackstone’s Private Wealth team packages and delivers the full breadth of Blackstone’s alternative product capability to these firms and their clients and provides ongoing product and advisor support, as well as education and training around alternatives.

Job Description

The Bangalore office serves as Blackstone Private Wealth’s centralized delivery hub in India. It will provide scaled support to the global Private Wealth business across six core verticals: Sales Enablement, Research, Analytics, Marketing, Servicing and Administrative Services. The team partners closely with onshore leadership and functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution aligned with evolving business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Seeking an accomplished candidate to lead the Analytics function within the Private Wealth Bangalore office in India. This role will partner across centers of excellence and Private Wealth teams with responsibilities that include:

  • Lead Bangalore analytics and reporting support for Private Wealth business needs

  • Manage junior staff, including those dedicated to functions for / within Business Development and Platform Solutions teams

  • Oversee recurring analytics workstream execution, including sales / fundraise reporting, data reconciliations and data-based analyses that drive actionable business insights

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of data analyses, reporting and ad-hoc deliverables

  • Collaborate with Private Wealth stakeholders to drive data automation, CRM infrastructure maintenance and other analytics / reporting platform enhancements

  • Serve as trusted escalation point for complex, sensitive or time‑critical requests

Qualifications

Blackstone seeks to hire highly motivated individuals who demonstrate intelligence, excellence, and sound judgment in their previous endeavors. In addition to exceptionally strong organizational skills, the successful candidate should have:

  • MBA Finance with a strong academic record

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence or related roles within financial services, asset management or wealth management

  • Experience leading analytics teams in a global delivery model

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem‑solving capabilities

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail

  • “Can do” attitude, sense of urgency and strong work ethic

  • Strong organizational skills, with demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Excellent written / verbal English communication skills

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Preferred knowledge and proficiency across Tableau, Essbase, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Snowflake and Pardot
