Job Description
Why Work at Alaska Gear Company?
At Alaska Gear Company, we work hard so we can play hard.

Our mission is simple: together, we're building a worldwide, Alaska-based outdoor equipment company. We're a growing team of hardworking, down-to-earth people who are passionate about the outdoors and take pride in creating reliable gear for those who venture where failure isn't an option.

From bush pilots and hunters to guides, researchers, and backcountry adventurers, our customers depend on equipment built to perform in some of the harshest environments on earth. Our job is to make sure they have the gear they need to get there and back.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Videographer and Content Producer to help tell those stories.

Position Overview
Alaska Gear Company is seeking a self-motivated Videographer and Content Producer who combines strong creative and technical skills with a genuine passion for the outdoors. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, and editing high-quality photo and video content that showcases our products, our customers, and the adventures that define our brand.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, or standing in a river, on a gravel bar, or in a remote camp capturing real-world product use. This position will create content for social media, product launches, advertising campaigns, website assets, email marketing, and brand storytelling initiatives.

You will lead the planning and execution of both studio and field-based productions, managing projects from concept through final delivery while collaborating closely with the broader marketing and creative team. This position reports directly to the Marketing Director.
