Expected profile:
Masters or PhD in Machine learning, Data science or a highly quantitative field.
Degree specialization or hands-on experience in applying AI to Subsurface data.
Demonstrate curiosity and a willingness to continuously learn and experiment with emerging AI technologies with the goal of improving existing solutions and enabling new exploration capabilities.
Communicate study results, insights, and conclusions effectively to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, using clear documentation, presentations, and demonstrations.
Technical skills:
Strong background in machine learning and deep learning, with hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
Proficiency in Python and common Machine Learning : Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on open-ended, complex problems.
Experience working with large-scale, high-dimensional datasets and computationally intensive workflows on HPC is a plus.
