For 115 years, God has been using the Mission to reach hearts and change lives.  It starts with emergency shelter for men, women and children experiencing homelessness - but that is just the beginning.  While with us, residents participate in holistic, gospel-centered services that include chapel, case management, group counseling, workforce development and job training.

In short, our staff are City Missionaries offering help and hope to all people through the transforming power of God’s love.

Right now, we are looking to add a full-time Volunteer Services Representative to our team. This position helps mobilize volunteers to serve men, women, and children experiencing homelessness. By recruiting, equipping, and encouraging volunteers, you’ll connect people’s God-given gifts and passions with meaningful opportunities to make an eternal impact. If you love building relationships, inspiring others to serve, and creating pathways for people to live out their faith through action, this role might be for you.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, but a Bachelor's Degree in related field is preferred. Any event planning experience, volunteer coordination experience, and Canva experience is a bonus. Must have a willingness to learn and develop database management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
