As our VP, Transformation Office, you will lead the enterprise engine behind our transformation agenda. This is a highly visible role with the mandate to turn strategy into action, align senior leaders around the priorities that matter most, and drive disciplined execution across the portfolio. Partnering with squad leaders and key stakeholders, you will strengthen governance, accelerate adoption, and ensure initiatives move forward with clarity, pace, and accountability. You will also shape the leadership team’s operating rhythm, maintain financial oversight, and keep the organization focused on delivering measurable impact at scale.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Transformation Management Office and set the governance, cadence, and escalation standards for the portfolio
- Own executive reporting across delivery, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization, ensuring clear visibility for the EVP, executive leadership, and the Board
- Partner with Finance to maintain a single validated source of truth for portfolio status, financials, and benefits tracking
- Run the leadership operating rhythm, including weekly staff meetings, agenda setting, decision tracking, and follow-through
- Develop executive communications and board-ready materials that synthesize complex information into clear, decision-oriented narratives
- Coordinate cross-functional execution across technology, data and analytics, and business leaders to align priorities and drive enterprise initiatives
- Translate strategy into measurable outcomes by defining commitments, milestones, value metrics, and benefit realization tracking
- Lead and develop the TMO team to deliver high-quality analysis, reporting, and program execution
Measures of Success within your first 6-12 months in role include:
- A trusted single source of truth is in place for portfolio, financial, and benefits reporting
- Leadership forums operate on a disciplined cadence with decisions and actions tracked to closure
- Benefits and financial impact are monitored against plan, with issues surfaced early
- Risks, issues, and dependencies are proactively managed and escalated appropriately
- Executive and Board materials consistently meet a high standard and support decision-making without rework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in transformation, portfolio or program management, or chief of staff roles, with significant executive level experience
- Proven track record leading enterprise scale program governance and turning strategy into measurable execution
- Strong financial fluency, with experience aligning portfolio status, financials, and benefits realization for executive and board audiences
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into decision ready narratives
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across technology, data and analytics, and business leaders without direct authority
- High discernment, discretion, and comfort operating as a trusted extension of a senior executive, with experience leading high performing teams to an executive delivery standard
The pay range for the role is $166,800 to $241,200. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
