Warehouse Associate — Electric Motor Inventory & Operations

At Romanoff Industries, our Warehouse Associates play a hands-on role in the day-to-day flow of one of the largest electric motor inventories in North America. You will process and prepare incoming motors for stock, reskid units, assist with inspections, organize parts, operate heavy forklifts, load and unload trucks, and keep our 150,000+ sq. ft. Toledo facility running the way our customers depend on. This is a physically active role that requires reliability, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to safely operate large forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.

What You'll Do



Inventory Processing and Motor Handling




  • Process incoming motors for stock, including verifying, labeling, and preparing units for put-away in the warehouse.

  • Reskid motors safely and accurately using appropriate equipment.

  • Assist with motor inspections as directed by the Inventory Manager.

  • Inventory and organize miscellaneous parts throughout the facility.



Forklift and Warehouse Operations




  • Operate forklifts ranging from 5,000 to 11,000 lbs. to move motors, load and unload trucks, and support various warehouse projects.

  • Assist with special projects as designated by the Inventory Manager.

  • Perform minor warehouse maintenance including sweeping, snow removal, weed removal, and general upkeep of the facility.
