Warehouse Specialist

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $20–$22 per hour


• Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


• Location: Elgin

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is the largest residential HVAC contractor in North America; it's also home to one of the largest HVAC warehouses in Illinois with 100,000 square feet of space. We are seeking a self-motivated Warehouse Specialist who wants to become a part of an elite team.

Position Overview

The Warehouse Specialist plays a vital role in supporting daily operations within a large-scale, fast-moving HVAC distribution environment. This position is responsible for the accurate and efficient movement of materials while ensuring safety, organization, and operational excellence throughout the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storing, staging, and preparing HVAC equipment


• Maintain accurate inventory through consistent use of scanning technology and inventory control systems


• Safely operate fork trucks and other warehouse equipment


• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards


• Support business demands through flexibility, including overtime and weekend availability

Warehouse Responsibilities and Requirements

• 2–5 years of warehouse experience


• Fork Truck Certification (required)


• 5 years of inventory control experience


• 5 years of shipping and receiving experience


• 5 years of experience using scanning technology


• Exceptional computer skills


• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds


• Availability to work 1st shift and weekends


• Must be available for overtime

Physical Demands

This role requires frequent lifting of up to 75 pounds throughout the shift. Employees will stand for extended periods and may need to alternate between sitting, crouching, kneeling, and bending to perform warehouse tasks efficiently. Work Environment

The warehouse environment is fast-paced and dynamic. Most work is performed inside the Four Seasons warehouse, with occasional duties outside in loading docks or parking areas. Temperatures and comfort levels may vary based on operational needs and location within the facility.
