Summary

The Warehouse Associate will focus on shipping & receiving inventory and finished goods. This will include receiving, issuing, and organizing materials for maximum efficiency; and preparing material daily to support CTEMS production. Warehouse Associates who excel in the role help CTEMS meet on-time delivery for our customers, and assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse with accurate inventory.

Responsibilities:

Deliver and pickup materials to and from customers as needed

Properly organize warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable & identifiable

Maintain inventory levels to ensure crews have material to meet their assembly needs

Pull material, restock, and return excess materials

Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse

Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists, job close out paperwork

Use computer software system to issue and receive material

Additional duties as needed

Requirements:

Must be able to handle packages weighing up to 40 lbs.

Must have a valid state driver’s license.

Excellent customer service skills required.

Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success.

Computer skills are preferred.

Mechanical aptitude to pre-assemble parts preferred.
