Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Type: Full Time, Non- Exempt 
Reports to: Warehouse Manager  
Location: Sarasota, FL

Job Summary 
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and quality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills. 
 
 
Duties/Responsibilities 
Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 
 
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and quality against purchase orders 
  • Unload trucks and move merchandise using pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks 
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently 
  • Label, scan, and stock inventory in designated locations 
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts 
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks 
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse  
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies 
  • Report any damages, discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors 
  • Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 
 
 
Minimum Requirements 
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or related experience preferred 
  • Previous forklift operating experience preferred. 
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record 
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.        
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • High school degree or equivalent required 
 
Supervisory Responsibilities 
  • No Supervisory Responsibilities. 
 
Physical Requirements 
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. 
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures, including heat and humidity common in Florida
