Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate your customers are both Rumbles customers as well as your fellow co-workers.  It is important to maintain excellent customer service representation to both groups.

·       Pull, Ship and Fulfill daily toner supply orders

·       Utilize UPS Worldship software to process labels

·       Assist UPS in loading of packages daily

·       Unloading Freight trucks with a pallet jack

·       Stock shelves daily

·       Assist in unboxing of copier equipment

·       Perform Monthly Inventory on all supply items

·       Research and / or resolve inventory discrepancies

·       Maintain a clean and professional appearance

·       Backup for other departments as needed

·       Maintain a professional attitude and promote a safe work environment

·       Special Projects as assigned

·       Creates purchase orders in Eauto

·       Receives inventory into Eauto and puts inventory away on proper warehouse shelves

·       Loads dumpsters both recycle and waste materials

·       Basic computer knowledge

·       At least 1 year of Shipping and Receiving experience

·       Ability to lift maximum of 175 lbs (with assistance) Pull, Lift, Reach and Transport equipment parts and boxes

·       Current Driver’s License & appropriate insurance coverage

·       Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos

·       Ability to write simple correspondence

·       Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions

·       Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations

·       Basic Computer skills, including knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
