ROLE OVERVIEW




 



The Warehouse Associate increases operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving, storing, and processing incoming and outgoing shipments. This role is essential to keeping orders moving — picking, scanning, and staging product for both pickup and delivery.



 




CORE RESPONSIBILITIES




 



Order Fulfillment & Inventory




  • Pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup; track order status at all times

  • Receive shipments, log into inventory, conduct regular audits, and process returns accurately

  • Follow all special instructions pertaining to individual orders



Safety & Equipment




  • Uphold the highest safety standards; comply with all legal and company safety policies

  • Identify hazardous conditions, report or correct unsafe situations, and enforce safety procedures

  • Operate a forklift and order picker safely and efficiently; maintain required certifications

  • Perform routine vehicle and equipment safety checks; report discrepancies to supervisor

  • Support team goals; treat coworkers with fairness, respect, and open communication

  • Participate actively in meetings and respond appropriately to direction from others

  • Build positive relationships and share information to help the team succeed
