Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Part Time 

Schedule: Flexible Schedule Monday - Friday 

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00/hour

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our Warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for staging, receiving, picking, and packing.  

This position requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently, while also contributing effectively following established procedures and safety guidelines. 

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling options available. Ideal candidates will be able to work a consistent schedule and are seeking supplemental work while pursuing school, training, or other personal commitments. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Perform and accomplish warehouse duties that include – Production Staging, PO Receiving, Pick, Pack and Ship  

  • Maintain inventory system integrity by conducting accurate (bin transfers) with ERP System  

  • Conduct Bin Put-away activities daily. Placing finished products from manufacturing in storage locations in the warehouse  

  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all incoming shipments 

  • Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices using ERP system 

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations using ERP system 

  • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages  

  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues
