AHI Supply is opening a new location in Leander, TX, and is looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse and yard operations. This role is responsible for safely loading, unloading, staging, organizing, and moving construction materials while supporting customer pickups, delivery operations, and warehouse organization. This is a hands-on position that will help establish efficient operations from day one.

What You'll Do

• Operate sit-down forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.


• Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials.


• Pick, stage, band, and prepare customer and delivery orders.


• Assist customers with pickups and will-call orders.


• Load and unload delivery trucks and inbound shipments.


• Verify materials against tickets and shipping paperwork.


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.


• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.


• Support warehouse, yard, and delivery operations as business needs require.


• Follow all OSHA regulations and AHI Supply safety policies.

What We're Looking For

• Forklift experience required.


• Warehouse, lumber, steel, or construction material experience preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.


• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.


• Team player with good communication skills.


• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle construction materials.


• Willingness to support changing operational needs and priorities.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or until all work is finished.


• Saturday: 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., as needed.

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
