Position Summary

Responsibilities 

• Manages daily aspects of the departments and its staff to ensure projects are completed, goals and customer needs are being met.
• Monitors department performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Assists Branch Manager with delegation of assignments.
• Provide direction to staff.
• Liaise between the Branch Manager, customers, and employees.
• Attends training sessions and department meetings as requested.

• Ability to create and present ideas, reports, and budgets in various formats.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to assign and delegate tasks.
