WAREHOUSE OFFICE ASSOCIATE
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Office Associate. The Warehouse Office Associate supports daily warehouse and office operations by ensuring accurate invoicing, inventory control, and order processing. This role serves as a key point of coordination between warehouse staff, drivers, and office operations, requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

MAIN JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process and manage invoicing accurately and timely
  • Maintain inventory control and assist with inventory counts
  • Check, receive, and verify incoming orders and merchandise
  • Perform cashiering duties as needed
  • Complete data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Assist with driver paperwork and safety documentation
  • Support warehouse and office operations as assigned
  • As part of your role, you may be required to perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by your manager or the company. Flexibility and a willingness to take on varied responsibilities are essential expectations for all positions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred ((produce experience a plus)
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout shift
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, kneel, and crouch for counting and handling inventory
  • Ability to work in varying temperatures, including coolers when needed
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Team-oriented and reliable
