Job Description
TeleSolv, a trusted partner to the Government with more than 25 years of operational excellence, is seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to support high-volume logistics and inventory operations. This role requires an independent, proactive professional capable of managing complex inventory systems and ensuring accountability across a large-scale warehousing environment. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting inventory management functions, handling high volumes of material transactions, and maintaining precise records for Government-owned equipment and supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process daily incoming materials and accurately store inventory using Integrated Barcode System (IBS) handheld scanners 
  • Generate Receipt in Progress (RIP) and stow reports using automated systems 
  • Maintain inventory accountability by conducting monthly Location Audit Process (LAP) and physical inventories across large datasets 
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies using automated logistical reporting systems 
  • Prepare DD200 Survey Forms for lost, damaged, or obsolete Government property and ensure proper documentation in supply databases 
  • Support tool inventory maintenance and ensure compliance with relevant directives 
  • Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to transport materials safely and efficiently 
  • Ensure inventory shortages or equipment losses are promptly identified and addressed

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Associate's degree preferred 
  • Experience preparing DD200 Survey Forms for Government property accountability 
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale inventory environments with high-volume transaction levels
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven inventory procedures and reporting systems
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehousing processes, and logistics systems
  • Experience with barcode scanning technologies and automated inventory systems
  • Ability to analyze inventory data and resolve discrepancies
  • Working knowledge of logistics databases and reporting tools
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
