You'll partner closely with Warehouse Operations, Inventory Control, Logistics, and Distribution teams to ensure customer orders are picked, prepared, and shipped accurately and on time.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Picker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, values teamwork, and understands the importance of fulfilling customer orders correctly and on time.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience using an RF Scanner at work.
- Ability and willingness to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time throughout the work day.
- Basic math skills for counting, verifying, and processing orders
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to safety, attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Forklift, Cherry Picker, and/or Power Jack experience is a plus.
What You'll Do
Order Picking & Fulfillment
- Select products from warehouse shelves and storage locations using pick tickets, order sheets, or electronic systems.
- Verify product quantity, size, and item accuracy before processing orders.
- Ensure all products meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Attach appropriate labels, tags, and documentation as required.
- Meet daily productivity and order fulfillment goals while maintaining accuracy.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations
- Scan products using handheld devices and barcode scanners.
- Maintain accurate records of picked items, shipments, and returns.
- Assist with inventory organization and accuracy throughout the warehouse.
- Prioritize urgent and high-volume orders to support customer delivery expectations.
Safety & Equipment Operation
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment when needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Report inventory, equipment, or safety concerns promptly.
