We’re looking for a Millwork Warehouse Technician who brings energy, dependability, and attention to detail to a hands-on role that’s critical to the success of our Millwork operations.
As a key part of our warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring materials are received, stored, and delivered with accuracy and timeliness. You’ll work closely with skilled tradespeople, project managers, and logistics personnel to keep our high-end custom millwork projects running smoothly from shop to site.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of accountability, a proactive mindset, and a desire to be part of a team that values craftsmanship, order, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming millwork materials and finished goods
• Pick, stage, and load products for delivery to job sites or client locations
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and inventory accuracy
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Communicate clearly with production and delivery teams to meet project timelines
• Track inventory and support production scheduling
• Participate in quality checks and packaging of custom millwork items

Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or millwork environment preferred
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus (we can train the right candidate)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory software is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent
