Job Description

We are looking for someone who is able to be responsible for overseeing the creation of multiple forms of content to enhance the firm's credibility and customer-base. Must be able to create content strategies to highlight products and services and reviewing competitor content and market trends to identify new content ideas as well as interact with and onboard prospective clients.

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Detailed knowledge of current online tools and marketing trends, including SEO
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
  • CRM and case management software experience a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
  • Previous legal experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Researching and sourcing content for the company’s website
  • Targeting a specific set of keywords for all the articles written and published
  • Monitoring the competition’s online activities
  • Writing, editing and publishing SEO content pieces 
  • Repurposing content to fit the publishing media, video production or social media
  • Working closely with the company’s marketing team to devise online marketing strategies
  • Updating content to ensure that it’s current
  • Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel seen and heard
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
  • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently
  • Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency
