▌ The Role 

This is a full-time remote position. We are looking for a highly technical, self-directed professional to own and scale our web and digital marketing presence — from development and hosting through to paid ads, SEO, analytics, and creative execution. This role requires you to balance hands-on development with ongoing marketing operations and to communicate your work clearly with the wider team. 

▌ What You'll Do 

  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain websites (front-end and back-end as required). 
  • Manage hosting environments, domains, DNS, SSL, backups, and performance optimization. 
  • Build, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, and retargeting. 
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO: site structure, metadata, page speed, and indexing. 
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics via Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads reporting. 
  • Create and edit web and marketing graphics as needed.
