What You’ll Do

  • Assess, evaluate, and provide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and perform treatments according to resident needs

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants (RN role)

  • Ensure compliance with all state regulations and clinical standards

  • Support residents with compassion, professionalism, and strong clinical judgment
