Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Beaufort Nursing and Rehab. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses

  • Handle and resolve inquiries and concerns in a fair and professional manner

  • Update and maintain accurate records and reports, such as appointment schedules and visitor logs

  • Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate care and respond to resident needs

  • Provide administrative support to the nursing team as needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and office space

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work 24 hours a week (Sat-Sun) with flexibility to cover occasional weekday shifts

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer software and office equipment
