Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Weekend Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Beaufort Nursing and Rehab. As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a warm and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses
Handle and resolve inquiries and concerns in a fair and professional manner
Update and maintain accurate records and reports, such as appointment schedules and visitor logs
Collaborate with nursing staff to coordinate care and respond to resident needs
Provide administrative support to the nursing team as needed
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including the waiting room and office space
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
2 years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work 24 hours a week (Sat-Sun) with flexibility to cover occasional weekday shifts
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in basic computer software and office equipment
