Job Description

International Concrete Products is growing—and we’re looking for driven individuals to join our Welding team! Do you take pride in hard work, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy operating heavy equipment? If you're ready to take on a vital role in the precast concrete production process, we want to hear from you.



About the Role:

The Steel Team Member is responsible for the fabrication of embeds, which are essential to the structural integrity and reinforcement of precast concrete pieces. 

Key Responsibilities:

•    Weld rebar and studs to steel plates 

•    Weld Plates and Angles to Concrete Panels 

•    Cut and bend Rebar for Production of Panels 

•    Cut and bend mesh for Production of Panels 

•    Cut Steel and Rebar with Band Saw, Torches, Cut-off wheels. 

•    Punch Holes and Slots in Plates with Press.

•    Drill Holes in Plates or Steel

•    Conduct various repairs or new features to machines, tanks, or the shops on premises. 

•    Locate materials needed and utilize forklift to bring materials to the welding area.

Qualifications:

•    1+ years of working in the construction field 

•    Welding Certification

•    Basic Math, ability to read a tape measure

•    Ability to read and follow detailed instructions or blueprints.

•    Comfort working in outdoor environments year-round.

•    Strong teamwork and communication skills.

•    Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
