ProMach’s HMC division is seeking a talented Welder. You’ll contribute to the success of the company by welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while showcasing your mig and tig welding skills. We offer a modern, clean, safe and climate-controlled facility and focus on producing world-class packaging equipment for our global customer base. You’ll contribute to the success of the company by welding steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while showcasing your mig and tig welding skills.  We offer a modern, clean, safe and climate-controlled facility and focus on producing world-class packaging equipment for our global customer base. Are you passionate about this work?

  • Mig and tig welding of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Reading and interpreting technical blueprints and design models.
  • Measuring and inspecting completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Assisting fabrication and production teams as needed.

  • Minimum 3 years Welding experience, preferably steel, stainless, aluminum, as well as mig and tig welding.
  • Experience with fabrication machines including rollers, benders, shears, etc. a plus.
  • Excellent Safety practices and mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to engage in multiple jobs simultaneously.
  • Ability to read technical drawings/ blueprints.
  • Ability to take direction and follow through with assignments as provided.
  • Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and maintain good attendance.
  • Must be able to work well in a team and collaborative environment.
