Brand Specialist – Whaling City Mazda

Position: Brand Specialist
Location: Whaling City Mazda – New London, CT

No automotive experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support from our management team.

Position Overview

As a Brand Specialist, you will be the face of Whaling City Mazda. Your primary role is to assist customers with vehicle demonstrations, showcase the latest Mazda technology and features, maintain vehicle presentation, and help generate traffic through community outreach and advertising efforts. Our management team will guide you throughout the sales process, allowing you to focus on creating a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.

  • Conduct vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations.

  • Explain Mazda features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.

  • Pull vehicles up for customer appointments and test drives.

  • Maintain vehicle presentation and showroom appearance.

  • Assist with dealership marketing, social media, and advertising initiatives.

  • Generate customer interest through community engagement and promotional activities.

  • Follow up with customers and maintain positive relationships.

  • Work closely with managers who will assist throughout the sales process.

  • Participate in training and professional development programs.

Qualifications

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to learn and present product information confidently.

  • Comfortable using social media and technology.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
