Wide Format Print & CNC Production Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Lead to run daily operations at our Kansas City manufacturing location. This role is ideal for someone who knows large format print production inside and out — printing, cutting, finishing, and assembly.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining and running equipment, ensuring quality, managing materials, and organizing work so it's completed accurately and on schedule. This is not a desk job — this is a working lead role for someone who likes building great products and keeping things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Operate large-format printers, cutters, and finishing equipment
- Execute daily production schedules and priorities
- Perform quality checks on all finished work
- Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment
- Manage materials, inventory, and ordering
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and efficient
- Communicate job status and production needs clearly
- Support and guide 1–2 production team members
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on production or print experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Experience maintaining production equipment
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Clear communication and strong organizational skills
