Job Description:We're looking for a talented TA Systems Architect to join our organization in Rochester, United States. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable technical architecture solutions that support our talent acquisition operations and business objectives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, efficient systems that drive organizational success.
- Design and architect enterprise-level systems solutions that align with organizational strategy and technical standards
- Analyze current systems, identify gaps, and develop comprehensive roadmaps for system improvements and modernization
- Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for system implementations and upgrades
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
- Oversee system integration projects, ensuring seamless connectivity between platforms and applications
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, tools, and platforms that optimize performance and scalability
- Establish and maintain system architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimization strategies
- Lead technical teams through complex system implementations and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and regulatory requirements in all architectural decisions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and cross-functional partners
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to keep systems competitive and forward-thinking
- 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, enterprise systems design, or related technical roles
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing scalable enterprise solutions
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data management practices
- Experience with cloud architecture and modern infrastructure technologies
- Proficiency in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Demonstrated project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, or talent management systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and data governance principles
- Strong problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and analytical approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with Agile methodologies and change management practices (preferred)
- Proficiency in system documentation and technical specification writing
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
