Description

Do you enjoy solving clinical puzzles, coordinating care, and helping patients get the answers they need? We're looking for multiple Clinical Support RNs to manage patient message triage through our electronic medical record system. These are fully remote positions focused on reviewing and responding to patient portal messages—not answering phones. • Review patient questions, concerns, medication requests, and symptom reports submitted electronically.
  • Assess patient needs using clinical judgment and established protocols.
  • Prioritize messages based on urgency and route appropriately.
  • Draft responses, provide patient education, and communicate provider recommendations through the EMR.
  • Coordinate follow-up care, referrals, testing, and medication refill requests.
  • Review incoming results and assist with patient communication as directed.
  • Collaborate with providers and clinic teams to ensure timely patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR.
