The LCC Registration Department is seeking a WORK STUDY ELIGIBLE student to fill their open Office Assistant role.

Position Duties
Helping students with questions about applying to LCC, adding and dropping classes, submitting forms, and registration policies.
Responding to incoming messages in the Registration email box.
Responding to incoming student phone calls.
Sending student transcripts, enrollment verifications, and other documents
General office tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and faxing.
Other duties as needed.
Success in this position requires the ability to pay attention to details, follow written policies, exercise good judgement, and show respect and compassion to fellow students and coworkers.

Minimum Qualifications
- Experience using Google Workspace apps and other professional computer programs
- Attention to detail

Student employees (work study and student help) accrue sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. A sick leave balance not to exceed 40 hours will be carried over into January each year.On-site Childcare Center
The Early Learning Center is a state licensed program that offers high quality childcare for children ages 1 month through kindergarten entry to students, staff and faculty.
