<p>In this role, you�ll combine deep technical expertise with leadership, mentoring, and strategic support across projects through implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, guiding the project from inception to deployment, ensuring the software aligns with the broader business goals.</p>

	<li>7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on web-based data applications.</li>
	<li>2+ years of previous leadership experience.</li>
	<li>Certified SCRUM Product Owner is highly desired</li>
	<li>A proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing complex software solutions.</li>
	<li>Experience working in Agile development environments and utilizing Agile methodologies to deliver iterative software solutions.</li>
	<li>Strong background in software development practices (preferably in languages such as C#, JavaScript, and Angular or others relevant to the organization�s tech stack).</li>
