Location:</strong> Colorado Springs, CO (on-site)</p>

<p>Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled <strong>Mid-Level Java Developer</strong> to support a federal client in developing modern web and backend applications for mission-critical credentialing and case management systems.</p>

<p>In this role, you will help design and implement enterprise software solutions that support secure federal operations. Working within a collaborative Agile development environment, you will contribute to building next-generation customer engagement platforms used by federal service agencies.</p>

<h3>Responsibilities</h3>

<p>As a <strong>Mid-Level Java Developer</strong>, you will:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Design and develop enterprise web and backend applications using Java and Spring-based REST APIs</li>
	<li>Build and maintain modern user interfaces using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap</li>
	<li>Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions</li>
	<li>Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous integration and delivery pipelines</li>
	<li>Utilize modern development tools such as Git, Eclipse, and JUnit to support application development and testing</li>
	<li>Support the design, integration, and deployment of applications within large-scale federal IT systems</li>
	<li>Maintain documentation for software components, architecture, and development processes</li>
</ul>

<h3>Schedule & Shift Details</h3>

<ul>
	<li>Full-time (40 hours/week)</li>
	<li>On-site support <strong>Tuesday through Thursday in Colorado Springs, CO</strong> (required)</li>
</ul>

<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>

<ul>
	<li>U.S. Citizenship required</li>
	<li><strong>Active, fully adjudicated DoD Secret Security Clearance required</strong></li>
	<li>Minimum of <strong>4+ years experience developing enterprise applications using Java</strong></li>
	<li>Minimum of <strong>2+ years experience using Java development tools such as Eclipse, JUnit, and Git</strong></li>
	<li>Minimum of <strong>2+ years recent experience developing applications using AngularJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Java</strong></li>
</ul>

<p>Demonstrated Advanced experience with:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Java and Spring-based REST API development</li>
	<li>AngularJS and modern web development frameworks</li>
	<li>Enterprise application development in large-scale federal IT environments</li>
	<li>Agile development methodologies, including SAFe Agile delivery frameworks</li>
</ul>
