Job Overview:
As a Full Stack Developer at Quintessa Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and enhancing our current CRM system and collaborating with external development partners on scoping future systems, review UI/UX, and ensure integrations meet our standard. You will work directly under the Director of Information Technology, collaborating with internal teams and managing external contract development teams to ensure the successful delivery of a new CRM. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and the ability to guide and coordinate between various stakeholders.

CRM Development and Maintenance:
<ul><li>Develop and maintain features and functionality for the in-house CRM system.</li><li>Implement front-end and back-end solutions to ensure a seamless user experience.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring system stability and performance.</li></ul>
Project Coordination:
<ul><li>Collaborate with contract development teams to align project goals and deliverables.</li><li>Provide clear direction and oversight to contract developers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and manage test cases to validate the functionality and performance of CRM</li></ul>
Testing and Quality Assurance:
<ul><li>Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the CRM system meets all requirements and is free of defects.</li><li>Work closely with the QA team to identify, document, and resolve any issues or bugs.</li></ul>
Transition and Handoff:
<ul><li>Facilitate a smooth transition of the CRM system from the project team to the permanent development team.</li><li>Document system architecture, development processes, and key decisions to ensure a smooth handoff and future maintenance.</li></ul>
Technical Leadership:
<ul><li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovations.</li><li>Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers and team members as needed.</li></ul>

Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.</li><li>Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular).</li><li>Strong back-end development skills (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP).</li><li>Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).</li><li>Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).</li><li>Solid understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams.</li></ul>
 
Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>Experience in project management or coordinating with external development teams.</li><li>Knowledge of CRM development and deployment best practices.</li><li>Familiarity with agile development methodologies.</li></ul>
