What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Experience Solutions technology team within Workplace Savings & Retirement Solutions (WSRS). In this role, you’ll play a key part in the evolution of our digital experiences team. You’ll work primarily in the front-end space, building modern, customer-facing experiences using React, Next.js, and AWS. Who You Are:
<ul><li>Associate's or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) or equivalent experience</li><li>6+ years engineering experience, with a strong focus on front-end, customer-facing applications</li><li>Professional experience with either React, Next.js, Angular or similar frameworks and modern component-based development</li><li>Experience contributing to system design, technical decision-making, or reusable solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript</li><li>Strong communicator with a growth mindset and curiosity for learning new technologies and approaches</li><li>Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams and cross-functional partners.</li><li>Experience elevating the people around you – coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow through thoughtful feedback and knowledge sharing</li></ul><h2>Skills That Will Help You Stand Out </h2><ul><li>Hands-on experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)</li><li>Deep understanding of front-end development, using design systems</li><li>Hands on experience working with Typescript, Next.js, and React</li><li>Track record of building team culture</li><li>Demonstrating a product mindset</li><li>Using AI tools, Github copilot, etc.</li></ul>

Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range:
$116000 - $150000 / year

Time Off Program:
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
