The engineer is responsible for building clear, consistent, and high performing user experiences using modern frontend technologies, while partnering closely with backend and IRIS platform teams. This engineer will also contribute to improving developer productivity through better tooling, testing practices, and documentation.In addition to core software development responsibilities, this role supports the integration of AI‑assisted tools into enterprise development workflows. The focus is on applying AI within established prompts, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop validation to enhance development efficiency and understanding of complex systems, while maintaining strong engineering judgment and hands‑on development practices.The ideal candidate understands that healthcare frontend systems must be reliable, intuitive, and intentionally thin, with business logic residing in backend services.
