You welcome a challenge and want to provide next level experiences to every individual that uses our systems.What you’ll do: <ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications and services for online banking platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, architecture, and QA, to deliver innovative digital banking solutions across web and mobile platforms.</li><li>Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making across both frontend and backend components.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and non-production environments.</li><li>Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, reliability, and user experience.</li><li>Adhere to best practices, coding standards, and maintain comprehensive documentation.</li><li>Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to online banking and full-stack development.</li><li>Apply modern development practices and tools in alignment with team standards</li><li>Review coding for a group of software engineers to ensure alignment with business needs, change control procedures, and Frost development standards</li><li>Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes</li></ul>What you’ll need:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, in a related field, or equivalent experience</li><li>Extensive professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development (frontend and backend)</li><li>Extensive experience in mobile development with Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) with a proven track record in designing and building high-quality, user-friendly mobile applications</li><li>Deep understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, performance optimization, and security best practices</li><li>Experience building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)</li><li>Familiarity with security standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements relevant to online banking</li><li>Solid understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes or OpenShift</li><li>Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills</li></ul>Additional Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Proficiency in backend technologies, specifically Java, and frameworks like Spring</li><li>Previous experience in banking or fintech industries</li><li>Hands-on experience in frontend technologies such as JavaScript and Angular</li><li>Exposure to cloud platforms like OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or GCP</li><li>Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools</li><li>Familiarity with digital banking functionalities such as account management, transaction processing, money movement, entitlements, and customer authentication</li><li>Understanding of secure coding practices and familiarity with fraud detection and prevention systems</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban</li></ul>Our Benefits:At Frost, we care about your health, your family, and your future and strive to have our benefits reflect that.
