This includes review and analysis of user functions and activities, evaluation of available resources and current systems, and the development of appropriate programs or systems. Counselors will deliver structured career guidance, employment planning, and supportive counseling services to eligible veterans in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).This position requires strict adherence to federal grant requirements, documentation standards, and outcome-driven service delivery.Position OverviewWe are seeking qualified Counselors (Subcontractors) to provide professional counseling and case management services under our U.S. Department of Labor&ndash;funded Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP).
