<p><strong>Nuclear Munitions Command and Control (NMC2) SME</strong></p>

<p><strong>Clearance:</strong> Must obtain and maintain an active SECRET clearance (CNWDI eligible)</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> Barksdale, AFB</p>

<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>

<p>Provide senior technical expertise supporting the sustainment, optimization, and operational use of Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NMC2) applications and data environments. This role ensures users across the nuclear enterprise can effectively access, interpret, and manage mission-critical data while maintaining system integrity, availability, and compliance. The specialist serves as a key advisor on application interdependencies, data schemas, and permission structures supporting nuclear maintenance and operations.</p>

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Support sustainment, development, migration, and optimization of NMC2 applications and associated data storage</li>
	<li>Provide expert guidance on application permission groups and access relationships across the NMC2 environment</li>
	<li>Assist users in locating, interpreting, and applying data appropriate to their role and level of responsibility</li>
	<li>Explain relationships between primary, feeder, and lookup data sources across NMC2 applications</li>
	<li>Support stakeholders in understanding application interactions, data dependencies, and operational impacts</li>
	<li>Serve as a subject matter expert on all applications deployed within NMC2</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>10+ years of demonstrated experience supporting NMC2 application sustainment, development, migration, and/or optimization</li>
	<li>In-depth knowledge of the NMC2 data schema and application architecture</li>
	<li>Strong understanding of stakeholder roles and responsibilities associated with NMC2 data and applications</li>
	<li>Comprehensive knowledge of NMC2 application permission structures and access control relationships</li>
	<li>Ability to translate complex technical data relationships into actionable guidance for operational users</li>
</ul>

Leads the efforts to build and promote the membership of the Women for Texas A&amp;M University-Texarkana and the Texas A&amp;M University-Texarkana Student Ambassador Group. The Development Officer III develops multi-faceted projects to strategically engage the Women for A&amp;M-Texarkana. This position is also responsible for planning and coordinating various university events including Women for A&amp;M events.</p><p></p><p><b><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES</u></b><b><u>:</u></b></p><ul><li>Identifies, cultivates, and solicits philanthropic support by developing and maintaining relationships with donors and prospective donors to solicit and secure funding to support university programs and scholarships.</li><li>Supports fundraising strategies to ensure proper acknowledgement, recognition, and stewardship of donors. Works in collaboration with advancement team to prepare prospect research materials and prepares call reports.
