The focus is on applying AI within established prompts, guardrails, and human‑in‑the‑loop validation to enhance development efficiency and understanding of complex systems, while maintaining strong engineering judgment and hands‑on development practices.The ideal candidate enjoys working at the intersection of modern and legacy systems and understands that modernization is incremental rather than a full rewrite. The role also includes learning and working in ObjectScript.This is a newly created role reporting to the Director of Healthplan Administrative Systems.
