Additionally, they should possess strong collaboration skills to work with other technologists, lead development of independent components and sub-groups within the factory. </div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions in backend and middleware  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Design and deliver solutions that leverage RDBMS, Container Orchestration services including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS and a variety of AWS tools and services </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Utilize programming languages like Java, Springboot and SQL. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Collaborate with product owners, and deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive powerful experiences to help customers </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>  What you bring  </div><div><ul><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>6&#43; years of experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot and overall backend experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Intermediate to advanced programming skills Springboot, Spring Cloud and related Spring ecosystem to design, develop and maintain microservices on AWS cloud platform. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience creating reusable enterprise application frameworks and libraries to scale and improve adoption of standards by product teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Skilled at delivering high-quality, clean, and reusable code using Test-Driven Development (TDD), object-oriented design, and 12-factor app principles. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong proficiency in developing scalable and resilient microservices. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with asynchronous communication patterns and brokers like Kafka. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Skilled at troubleshooting and resolving complex production issues quickly and efficiently. </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Experience in containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes and ECS. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in setting up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, incorporating automated testing, code quality checks, and deployment strategies.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience building observable systems to track the performance of distributed services, trace issues, and troubleshoot failures.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience developing software using System Design principles </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work with product managers, architects and other engineers to define technical requirements. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Added bonus if you have </div><div><ul><li>Proficiency and hands-on experience provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform and/or OpenTofu. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proficiency in customization of CI/CD workflows and managing multiple environments.  </li></ul></div><div> What we’ll bringDuring your interview process, our team can fill you in on all the details of our industry-leading benefits and career development opportunities.
