ABOUT THE ROLE:
The IT Software Engineer is responsible for the architecture, design, and maintenance of web and mobile applications. They develop software solutions, monitor assigned systems, review requirements, and participate as a project resource. The IT Systems Software Engineer also provides mentorship and on-call support for application issues.
 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
<ul>
<li>Design and architect software and systems to support employees and customers</li>
<li>Develop integrations between disparate software systems to improve business processes</li>
<li>Monitor the operation of assigned systems and respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors</li>
<li>Review user requirements and perform analysis, design, implementation, and training for new software</li>
<li>Maintain source control repositories, continuous integration/deployment systems, and change management tools</li>
<li>Administer and maintain design of assigned Database Management Systems, including reporting</li>
<li>Design and implement data integration strategies, data warehousing, and lake formations</li>
<li>Provide on-call escalation and after-hours support as required</li>
<li>Participate as a project resource for IT/Corporate project management systems</li>
<li>Contribute to workload and tracking efforts as required</li>
</ul>
 WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities</li>
<li>7-10 years of development/programming work experience</li>
<li>Source control, change management and CI/CD systems experience</li>
<li>Experience with AWS services is preferred, including Amplify, Lambda, DynamoDB, Glue, ECS, S3, Athena</li>
<li>Experience with frontend and backend technologies is preferred, including Angular, VueJS, AWS Lambda, Docker, NodeJS, Python, C#/.Net</li>
<li>Salesforce development experience optional</li>
<li>Flexibility with schedule as needed for support and maintenance needs</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills</li>
<li>Exceptional customer service orientation</li>
<li>Desire and aptitude to learn new skills and technologies</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Adaptable, flexible, and able to multi-task and work independently </li>

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is typically performed in an office setting. The employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time. BASE PAY RANGE:
$72,000 - $120,000 annually
