<li>Operate silicone mixer, coiling workstation, and butyl mixer.</li>
<li>Pre-weigh and prepare raw materials including minors, sieve, and silicone ingredients.</li>
<li>Obtain/maintain forklift certification.</li>
<li>Follow batch card instructions as written.</li>
<li>Input/scan raw materials for batching/inventory cycle counts. </li>
<li>Properly operate and maintain all equipment, tools, and testing apparatus.</li>
<li>Follow all work instructions. </li>
<li>Perform specific testing requirements on mixed batches.</li>
<li>Properly document batch records with lot numbers in the Que.  </li>
<li>Perform silicone changeovers and end of run cleanouts.</li>
<li>Participate in safety layered audits.</li>
<li>Communicate with all co-workers, leads, manager in an effective/timely manner.</li>
<li> Maintain and uphold the work area in compliance with 6S Standards</li>
<li>Follow all Cardinal Safety Rules and policies; notify supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.</li>
<li><em>Perform the above duties in addition to any other requests deemed necessary by Manager</em> </li>

Operator I

Operate silicone mixer and related equipment; pre-weigh materials; obtain forklift certification; document batch records; follow batch cards and work instructions; input materials for batching; maintain safety and 6S standards.

<li>Correctly label secondary containers and finished goods</li>
<li>Input/Scan raw materials for batching</li>
<li>Always use proper PPE</li>
<li>Properly operate, maintain, and calibrate all equipment according to the instrument manuals and test methods so that test data is accurate and reliable.</li>
<li>Perform changeovers and end of run cleanouts</li>
<li>Cross train on multiple mixers in the butyl work cell</li>
<li>Work Independently and as a team</li>
<li>Complete BBS Audits monthly</li>
<li>Communicate with all co-workers, leads, manager in an effective/timely manner</li>
<li> Maintain and uphold the work area in compliance with 6S Standards</li>
<li>Participate in continuous learning/training events</li>
<li>Able to troubleshoot mechanical and formulation issues</li>
