Duties & Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Stages and manually charges necessary raw materials into mixing container.</li>
<li>Follows batch work instructions to manufacture quality products.</li>
<li>Monitors and controls mixing equipment and other instruments in order to make sure that a batch is produced according to work instructions.</li>
<li>Adjust a batch under QC guidance until it is approved.</li>
<li>Follows manufacturing schedule and works with Supervisor regarding any potential improvements or concerns.</li>
<li>Cleanup work area to company standards.</li>
<li>Ensure work area is safe, clean, and free of recognizable hazards, communicate all spills or other hazards immediately to floor either supervisor or safety.</li>
<li>Comply to all PPE standards.</li>
</ul>
Required Skills

<li>Basic math skills.</li>
<li>Operate high-speed dispersers and other handling equipment.</li>
