About the Role:&nbsp;We&rsquo;re looking for a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner to lead the strategy, enhancement, and day-to-day management of our aec360 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You&rsquo;ll act as the bridge between business teams and system capabilities&mdash;owning priorities, improving workflows, and driving adoption across the firm. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a passive admin position.
This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office. Candidates may be based in the Bay Area or other Degenkolb office locations, including: Los Angeles, Orange, Sacramento, or San Diego, CA; or Seattle, WA.
Compensation and Benefits:&nbsp;The pay rate for this position ranges between&nbsp;$140,000 and $170,000&nbsp;annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to pay transparency laws. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including location, company geographic differentials, education level, and candidate qualifications.&nbsp;

Responsibilities:

<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
 <li>Own and prioritize the product backlog for aec360 and Dynamics 365 based on business value </li>
 <li>Lead system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and releases </li>
 <li>Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions </li>
 <li>Manage external vendors/consultants (scope, proposals, delivery, performance) </li>
 <li>Map and improve business processes and workflows across departments </li>
 <li>Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and support </li>
 <li>Oversee data quality, governance, and reporting, including Power BI collaboration </li>

Minimum Requirements:

<ul style="list-style-type: disc;">
 <li>Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, CRM, or related modules) </li>
 <li>5+ years owning or supporting enterprise business systems in AEC or professional services </li>
 <li>Proven experience with system improvements, upgrades, or implementations </li>
 <li>Experience managing ERP/CRM vendors or consultants </li>
 <li>Strong understanding of business process design and workflow optimization </li>
 <li>Ability to translate business needs into practical system solutions </li>
 <li>Experience with Power BI or reporting tools </li>
