Please note that hybrid eligibility and schedules may vary based on business needs and manager expectations. What you will be doing: We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Oracle ERP solutions and business process mapping to join our dynamic IT team. This role will analyze, design, and implement solutions that enhance business operations, particularly in Product Lifecycle Management tools like Agile, Product data hub in Oracle Fusion ERP , Item Management, Product Information Management and Bills of Material modules in Oracle EBS 12.x.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in process optimization, and a bachelor’s degree with progressive experience in providing solutions in product management and Supply Chain areas.<ul><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and translate process inefficiencies into Oracle ERP solutions primarily focused on the supply chain and distribution space</li><li>Conduct end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.</li><li>Develop functional specifications, business requirements documents (BRD), and process flow diagrams.</li><li>Perform gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle ERP capabilities.</li><li>Experience on Item master, PIM, Bills of Material in Oracle EBS 12.1. 3</li><li>Experience in Oracle Fusion Product data hub, product development, Innovation management</li><li>Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle ERP with third-party applications such as product syndication tools like Syndigo</li><li>Experience in Agile 9.3.5 or later versions.</li><li>Lead configuration, customization, and enhancements to Oracle ERP applications.</li><li>Experience in testing and design of self-service application like Web Adi and Oracle Apex.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams for SQL/PL-SQL scripting, APIs, and Web Services integrations.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle ERP systems.</li><li>Optimize system performance and resolve complex business problems.</li><li>Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with best practices.</li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation.</li></ul>Skills needed to be successful in this role: <ul><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex issues.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.</li><li>Change management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul>Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.</li><li>5&#43; years of experience as a Systems Analyst, working with Oracle ERP (EBS or Fusion).</li><li>Hands on Experience on Oracle Agile or any other product life cycle management tool.</li><li>Experience in business process mapping, optimization, and automation.</li><li>Strong background in Supply Chain Process understanding.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Oracle Inventory Management, Oracle Item Master, Oracle PIM/APC modules.</li><li>Strong Knowledge on Item templates, Item Attributes and the impact to other modules like Supply chain planning, procurement, Order management etc. </li><li>Proficiency in Oracle ERP tools – EBS R12, Oracle Fusion, SQL, PL/SQL, APIs, Web Services.</li><li>Knowledge of basic Oracle tables and able to write Queries independently in tools like Toad or PL/SQL developer.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Oracle Certifications in ERP modules.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies.</li><li>Oracle Fusion certifications on Product data hub and product development.</li></ul>In Massachusetts, the standard base pay range for this role is $103,000 to $130,000/Salary. This base pay range is specific to Massachusetts and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance.
