<p>The primary function of the Special Education LEA Supervisor is to ensure that teachers, especially special education teachers and regular education teachers who co-teach are provided with consistent stellar professional development that transforms teaching and learning. The Supervisor will monitor, coach, assess, and evaluate the performance of special education teachers and provide high-quality, effective feedback in accordance with the Arkansas Department of Education requirements as well as federal and state regulations.&nbsp; <strong>Contract renewal contingent of VIB funding.</strong></p>
