<div>The Inpatient Coder/Abstractor will code all inpatient medical records, and assist with outpatient medical record coding on an as needed basis, at Harris Regional and Swain Community Hospitals. Responsibilities include the accurate coding and abstracting of inpatient records in accordance with established guidelines.
